If you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return the item, along with your receipt.

Items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund, less any shipping charges.

If your purchase was charged to a credit card, in most cases, we will issue a credit to your account. If you paid by check, a refund check will be issued within 10 days from receipt of the returned item.

On items returned 31 to 59 days, you will receive a full credit, less any shipping charges, towards a new Dolphin Quest product.

We cannot accept returns on items over 60 days.
